There are three different areas where the AutoDoc HSE printer has a page size specified. The first determines the standard output, and the remaining two determine output for PCL-based printing.
To locate these settings, right click on the AutoDoc HSE printer in your Windows Printers & Faxes area, and choose properties.
The three areas that may require adjustment are as follows:
1. Under the General tab click the Printing Preferences… button, then the Advanced button, and ensure the Paper Size setting is set as you require:
2. Under the Advanced tab click the Printing Defaults button, then the Advanced button, and ensure the Paper Size setting is set as you require for PCL printing (if used).
3. Under the Device Settings tab, ensure the following Form to Tray assignment settings are set as you require for PCL printing (if used):
· Front tray
· Rear tray
· Manual feed
· Auto select
