MAPI Emails Do Not Seem To Work

When using MAPI email:

  • All users using AutoDoc HSE should have the Client Viewer installed and running.
  • The UserData folder (located by default in C:Program FilesAutoDoc HSE) should be appropriately shared for user access – domain users should have full control.
  • If using AutoDoc HSE’s Send mail directly option, ensure that Outlook’s email account exchange server settings for MAPI, have the Use Cached Exchange Mode checkbox cleared.
