HTML Created In MS Word Not Displaying Correctly in AutoDoc HSE Emails

MS Word’s default HTML format includes a lot of Word-specific code. To use a Word document as the Message file in an AutoDoc HSE e-mail form, save the Word document as a “filtered” HTML file (this removes the extra, Word-specific code that email clients may not be able to deal with).

This option is available in Word’s “Save As…” dialogue box.
