Email Read Receipts Are Not Being Received

Read receipts are sent to the email address associated with the user profile under which the AutoDoc HSE email was created. The user profile used can be determined by the following factors:

AutoDoc HSE’s email tab in the Form setup area has a Send Email using user profile option. This setting determines which user profile AutoDoc HSE will consider the sender of the email. If the Windows user or the machine name (if licensing on machine name) which AutoDoc HSE considers the sender cannot be found in AutoDoc’s list of users, the “default user” profile will be used instead.

Check which user profile is being used to send the emails, and then check the email address of that profile for your read receipts.
